Naidu Family Lays Foundation Stone for Amaravati Home

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and his family laid the foundation stone for their new house in Amaravati on April 9, 2025, at 8:51 AM. The ceremony was attended by local farmers.

The family purchased 25000 square yards of land near the Amaravati Government Complex and assembly. The land was acquired from three brothers from Velagapudi village.

The planned residence will include a conference hall, servant quarters, a garden, and parking facilities. Construction is estimated to take 18 months to complete.

Naidu, who has resided in a rented house for the past ten years, intends for his new home to set an example for potential investors in the region.

The state government is currently planning for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit later in April to relaunch development works in Amaravati.
